General Provisions
bac99 is an online entertainment platform offering casino games, sports betting, and related services. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this platform at any time.

Eligibility & Registration

Account Management
Maintaining the security of your account is entirely your responsibility. The following applies in this regard:

- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
- Operating multiple accounts from a single device or IP address is prohibited.

Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit
Funds can be deposited on bac99 using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. In case of a delay, please contact the relevant payment service provider or notify our support team.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.
- If fraud is suspected, bac99 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct an investigation.
- bac99 does not charge any processing fee for withdrawals; however, third-party payment services may apply their own fees.
4.3 Currency & Conversion
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). For transactions in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply.
Bonuses & Promotions
bac99 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has specific conditions that must be followed.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or, depositing ৳12,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳20,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Only one welcome bonus applies per person, household, IP address, or device.
- In the event of bonus abuse, bac99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- bac99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
Gaming Rules
All games available on bac99 are operated in a fair and transparent manner. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.
- If a connection is lost mid-game, the result of that round will be determined based on data stored on the server.
- Any winnings resulting from a software error may be considered void.
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet will be refunded.
